All sales are final : all purchases made on our website are considered final.we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.

We do not refund cash for return products ,customers will receive our store credit valid for 30 days equivalent to the amount of the products purchased .please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit.

Return process
If you have any issues with your purchase,please contact our customer line at +1 470 753 7206 or email us at sikachicbrand@gmail.com within 3 day of receiving your order. We will provide you the information for the return process . In order to qualify for a credit,products must be return in good condition,in original packaging and unopened.

In case you received a damaged or detective products,please contact us immediately.we will do our best to resolve the problem .

In case that your package was unclaimed,returned for insufficient adress,there are $12 fee for us to repackage and send the products back to you. For international the fee is $30 .please contact us for any questions.
